The agenda for the forthcoming meet has been quite impressively structured. Hats off to our CYP brigade!!! Undoubtedly, none of us are less than the precious gems bestowed with unique attributes and priveleged to be a part of this elite group of Youth professionals...Let us all strive to rise to our true potential...Well, for the YP sharing the responsibility for making the communications regarding our meets to our CYP community, I would just request you to kindly mark a copy of the agenda of our forthcoming meets to all our mentors from our CYP ID so that they are also kept informed beforehand regarding the proceedings of our meets....Keep sharing!!!!Keep daring!!!! because-

A point worth taking note of from the agenda as laid down for the forthcoming CYP meet is that there is an optimum gender diversity with respect to the speakers participating in the discussion. It goes to show how the female fraternity of YPs is keeping up the pace in the pursuit towards excellence. I urge the female YP fraternity to keep up this pace and ensure that this diversity is maintained all throughout so that their male counterparts are in no respect casual in the race to scale great heights in their professional careers. Let us together run this race so that each one of us excel and in the process, escalate to achieve higher milestones for the world to witness. And yes, the reality stands before all of us today. Our country’s two largest private sector banks, the ICICI Bank and the HSBC are being headed by female professionals. They shall very soon be part of our elite list of CYP mentors. So, the male YPs, beware!!!! Let each of us run this race that much harder with the killing desire to win and set higher standards for ourselves each time we venture forth for it.
